1 Elevator was broken…they had NO plan or time line to fix! We had to walk down 3 long hallways to get to only other elevator, every time we left room. Hot Tub OUT of Order! N( room clean up, even through we requested.NO trash removal, NO clean towels UNLess we asked twice and called front desk twice. Not enough staff. NO towels in pool area, had to call desk Twice, then they provided us with towels big enough for an infant!! Staffing issue.

Perfect type of room for our family with an older teenager. The suite gave us the opportunity to be together or have privacy.

I was given an unprepared room. Room door was open when I reach there at first time. Bed was not ready, no towel in the bathroom. Leftovers food in the freeze. Couch was mess. I booked for two queen bed and I was given room with one king. We slept 4 people (2 adults and 2 kids) in one bed. It was sleepless night for us and kids. When I informed everything to front desk they said they don’t have any other room to offer. It’s terrible experience.

Best hotel on our US road trip. The rooms were spotless and spacious and the breakfast was fresh and good quality. The pool and basketball court were great for the kids. The shuttle bus to the racetrack and town centre was a fantastic service and much appreciated. A day at the historic track in Saratoga is a must for anyone in town during the summer and we would all recommend a meal at Solevo

We have stayed in many different hotels and this was by far one of the best. Easy check in and so much for the kids to do. Every area we saw was spotless. The breakfast was so good and so many options. Will definitely stay here again on our next trip through.

This hotel is fairly new….it’s absolutely perfect for an overnight or family vacation. It’s certainly at the top of all the Homewood suites we’ve ever stayed at. Across the street is the Saratoga Springs State park. Absolutely beautiful!!!

This hotel was the perfect place for extended family to stay as we gathered together to celebrate the life of our mother/grandmother/great-grandmother. The hotel was clean and quiet. The breakfast area was large and filled with so many delicious foods to accommodate all of the special dietary restrictions amongst our party. We've stayed in a lot of hotels and seen a lot of different breakfast spreads. This was - hands down - the best! The rooms were spacious and beds were comfortable. There were so many great amenities offered, too. Thank you for bringing some comfort to our family during this difficult time.

Stayed here for a youth hockey tournament. Central location to everything. Hotel was given a 5 star by my 10 yr old. I’d have to agree. Clean, and great atmosphere. Will likely stay at a Homewood Suites from now on where available. Perfect size for a family.
