Lic Plaza Hotel

Great stay , family owned hotel , workers there are friendly, breakfast was good, a nice refreshing stay for me and my family

This was a nice surprise. It is on a street with fairly easy parking... big expense saver. It is small and family run; all good as far as I am concerned. Very nice at office. Room was very clean and very quiet... nice surprise in NYC! Bfast was a great surprise also... fresh cooked eggs, sausage, real OJ, coffee with CREAM, yogurt, toast, fruit, etc. Most places give pre packaged everything and it tastes like it! They readily secured our baggage while we went sightseeing. It felt very secure to us. No complaints except the bar of soap was unbelievably small and hard to take out of package but I guess everyone is using body lotion these days :) BTW close to subway and went to a GREAT Mexican restaurant called Ruta Oaxaca, 20 minute stroll.
