Nice stay for family. Good kitchen. Clean. Helpful front desk staff when Expedía double booked same reservations. No close places for quick bite to eat. But very convenient to subway and close to Manhattan on subway. Discounted convenient parking around corner.

The room was awesome! I have to say that both Chris and Omar are standup guys. They made my family and I feel at home. As far as front desk goes, I’ve never had such an amazing customer service experience. The cleaning was friendly as well. I would recommend to my family and friends for future trips.

The hotel itself is very clean. Breakfast was good. Room was spacious and clean. The surrounding area didn’t feel safe though. Lots of homeless and people begging for money. Didn’t feel comfortable walking with our children.

There are no complaints from my family and I. We enjoyed our stay the comfortable beds and the set up of our suite. We will stay at more Hotel2 Suites in the future. The staff was very friendly especially the evening clerk. One more the two ladies from house keeping. One helped us into our room and the other lady gave us some trash bags that we needed.

Clean, quiet and great for a trip with the family. Metro station direct NYC just down the road and easy to walk to even at night.

For a family of five it was great to be able to use one room and feel safe and comfortable. Links to town were good, but not much we found within 3 blocks. Breakfast was REALLY busy, with queues for each item and frequently running out.

The staff at the front desk is SUPER friendly and helpful, and the cleaning crew was amazing! We had a great time (myself, my wife, 2 kids) and it was conveniently located just a few 100 feet from the W line.
