The room was very clean and spacious for the whole family and it has all the amenities we needed and the staff was very helpful, we have really enjoyed staying there. The breakfast was excellent. Thank you all for the service you gave us and whenever we travel to New York again our first choice will be your hotel.

Hotel was great! We have four kids and there was enough space in the room for all of us. Part of why we picked it was because it has a terrace with a view of the city but that was closed so that was disappointing. Workout room and breakfast were the two fav parts and it was close to the subway.

The staff was great amd very accommodating. The room was large, clean and very accomidating to my family of 4. Definently will stay at a Hilton Garden Inn again. Area around hotel was the only drawback, not very safe

Our family had a very good vacation at this hotel and enjoyed the hospitality & breakfast. The room service was extremely good and appreciate the staff who did regular room service. Definitely recommend for stay and looking forward to come back again to this hotel for stay.

Great place to stay for a family of 6 and close to subway station.

Terrible parking situation. When being charged nightly for parking, a guest should be guaranteed a spot. We returned from a wedding at 1 am with a sleeping baby in arms and the hotel staff member told us we had to drive around the block to another area to park our car and was extremely rude.

Check in was excellent, very professional staff (Omar). Omar helped us with finding parking on the street during our stay. The room was perfect for a family! Breakfast was okay, there were some nice things like 3 types of cereal that were marked from the less healthiest to the most. There was also a lot of different toppings for oatmeal, which was great. I especially liked the mixed berries but I would suggest to take it out the freezer a bit before putting it out for customers so that the fruits are not frozen anymore. We found that the timing for the waffles was too short. In 3 minutes they were not fully cooked inside. Adding a fourth waffle maker would help on the weekend because we waisted too much time waiting on a waffle maker to be available. I would have loved a salad of fresh fruits. Some people didn’t clean up after themselves and there was no staff to clean the tables so it was up to whoever wanted to sit at these table to clean after the others. Maybe put a sign that people have to leave the tables clean. Nice to have the option to eat outdoor! The price was very reasonable for the property compared to other options. We would definitely stay there again and consider other Home 2 suites hotels for our next trips.

Me and my family of four came here May 30- June 2. Upon getting the hotel the lobby was clean and the staff were ok. But the whole time we were there we had no hot water because the boiler was broken, when we made a complaint the staff gave us an excuse about the maintenance man fixing it and they had to speak to their manager. We couldn't really find another hotel because reservations had to be made, so we had to make with what we had. It got so bad that I had to take coffee mugs and put them in the microwave so my family could have hot water in the sink. The water did not get fixed until (because we got in late) late Saturday evening early Sunday morning when we had to leave. This made our experience in NYC horrible and don't let me tell you about the parking arrangements which also sucks.

Superb customer service. Very clean hotel. Great location. I stay at this location for personal amd business. Love it here. If I had to give a complaint, the breakfast isnt the beat. Wish they had more options scrambled eggs with a option of cheese or bacon and link sausage...the breakfast sandwiches on the English were not a hit for my kids and teenagers. However a subpar free breakfast will not change my mind of staying here or recommending this hotel. It is amazing

We liked the whole suite as opposed to just a bedroom, even though we didn't do any cooking in the kitchen. We liked the breakfasts. It is close to our son's family's home so is a very convenient place to stay.
