Do not stay here if you are a family. They will not supply a cot or accomodate your children by any means.

Elevators kept breaking down had to walk up and down 10 flights of stairs with baby and pram. Wasnt an ideal situation and for the cost of the rooms they should have had someone come out to check the elevators instead of saying itll sort itself out.

Great location to visit Manhattan. Very close to Queens Plaza station which has a few lines into Manhattan. Market across the street about 5 minute walk away. Room was comfortable for a family including 2 teenage boys. We had booked a room with free daily breakfast, but this did not show on their system. Front staff however was able to correct for this. Private parking next door at Champion parking was convenient; however valet driver was very unpleasant. I would stay here again the next I am in New York.

Pros: dry friendly and helpful staff, convenient location for public transportation, grocery stores are nearby. Cons: elevators are very slow and we’re not working properly. For breakfast they don’t have anything for kids so we have to buy extra

Room was very small for 3 adults and 1 infant. They said they will provide crib but it was just big play yard which looks old and torn

My wife and I needed a convenient, reasonably priced place to stay for a two-day family celebration in Manhattan. This hotel more than filled the bill: conveniently near subways (and not a bad cab ride, either), easy parking, small but clean and comfortable rooms, and a very good buffet breakfast. But the biggest plus was the service, which was as good as any I've encountered anywhere, from the little things to the big. The front desk staff, in particular, was superb. They gave us excellent, money saving parking tips and were knowledgeable about directing us to the right subway. When I mentioned that the drain in our bathroom sink was sluggish, it was fixed by the time we returned that evening. And each time we passed the front desk, they greeted us by name and asked how things were. The final bonus was the location. While many visitors might prefer being in a more tourist-y part of New York City, we appreciated being in the more diverse, hardscrabble Long Island City section of Queens, which is still in easy reach of the more usual tourist destinations on the other side of the East River. It's not a bad thing to leave the city with at least some small sense of what life is like in "the boroughs," and this hotel is a great way to accomplish that.

Clean room, medium size but enough for a little family. Very close to subway and bus lines. Definetively a good option to stay near of New York
