We live a few stops away on the 7 train but needed to sleep at a hotel due to an apartment emergency. Hotel Indigo was great! Now knowing this hotel, I would tell any friend or family coming to visit NY to stay here. You get a great opportunity to visit China town and eat amazing food and the 7 train brings you right into NYC. Clean and friendly staff. Very clean and safe.

Our first time experiencing NYC and was there for Westminster. .. i was very nervous but Ms. Cydell made our stay very comfortable and made us feel like family!! Even Chappie loved her!!!

Staff was friendly and helpful. Hotel was overall clean, always seeing someone cleaning the lobby. Did not like that housekeeping missed a huge sticky spot right by the door, but they took care of it next day (we checked in late). The keycards did not work on the first day, other guests complained of the same issue. Other than that, the front desk was wonderful, overall clean and nice. Location was great in the heart of everything, had a room with amazing view of Manhattan and citifield stadium. Would recommend to friends and family.
