We were there for a funeral and we had family come over to visit us before the funeral and after the funeral. There were children running around, making a lot of noise and the staff was so accommodating to us.

Not friendly service at the front desk. Breakfast was just ok. The room was clean, however short on towels, even though the booking was for a family of 4.

Beautiful, I was just disappointed in how a situation was handled. We paid good money to stay here and the majority of the reason we chose here was because of the pool. We were booted out, my children and I, because we were supposed to check out 20 minutes prior. I understand the insurance etc. However, I felt like there could have been a better way considering we really had not had a change to utilize the pool and the kids were super excited to finally swim. I realize this is partly my fault because I wasn't paying attention to time, but I felt like they could have done something to give them an extra hour to swim...

The staff at this hotel is fabulous. The beds are super comfortable. The breakfast is great. We had the misfortune of staying here at the same time as a bunch of middle school hockey teams. They were super loud, but the management was on it as soon as I made them aware. It had been a difficult weekend, with a family funeral, and they really stepped up to make sure my family and I could have a restful night. I appreciated that very much, and we'll be back next time we are in the area.

Stay was good hotel nice, only issue was I called before making my reservation to see if pool was open , was told yes, only to find out after dinner that it was closed due to readings being off . The reason I reserved the Hotel was for the pool so I was very disappointed and made my reservations at the Hilton Garden for my family 4 rooms on the 28th so they could use the pool
