Nice and clean. Great option for a family with indoor pool and breakfast. Will definitely be back.

Great stay for the night while passing thru to California. Plenty of space in the studio for 3 adults, 2 kids, and 2 dogs. Very clean also!

The family and I recently stayed at the Hampton Inn Santa Rosa, and it was very disappointing. The shower was broken, with creaky floors and no water pressure. The room's floors sank when walking, the pillows were flat and unsupportive, and the room was dirty with a bad smell. The wallpaper was peeling, and the ceiling had leaks and water spots. Overall, I expected better and do not recommend staying here.

was sightseeing with family at the blue hole. enjoyed the day but was disappointed with the restaurants. I was expecting to get a good mexican meal but was shocked that our meal was so bland. wouldn't recommend the restaurants but maybe if the food trucks were available it could have been better. they were getting ready for the memorial day festivities the next day and were unavailable.

What stay? This hotel was over-booked and we had to make emergency arrangements for us and our four grandkids. We had to drive two more hours to Albuquerque with some very tired kids. We've been told that this is not likely if you book direct with the hotel instead of discount sites. We all like to save money but not when it comes to such a potentially huge issue.

It’s a great place to stay for my family of 6!

My family did a road trip and this was our first hotel stay. Overall, it was a good experience. I would recommend for any family, personal or corporate travel. It was clean, quiet, and the room and bathroom were exceptionally spacious. The breakfast was also pretty fantastic. It was great to not have to leave the hotel for a hot breakfast. The staff was ok, but I wouldn't book this hotel for the staff. The other amenities were well worth the money. If I were to say one critical thing, it would be that the AC was not working too well in the common areas. The elevator and lobby felt like a sauna.

The property very good, but with Expedia very disappointed. I booked a suit for 6 people, 4 adults and 2 kids, but when I get to rhe hotel, the room had 2 beds and no sofabed.

Room was filthy: 1.Blood all over inside sheets. 2.Hair still in drain in vanity sink. 3.Hair all over shower. 4.Wet urine all over floor that my family stepped in. Never again, Stay Away !
