Staff was EXCELLENT and so helpful!! Actually the best sleep I've had in awhile! Such comfy beds! My children loved having THREE queen beds to choose from AND they got to make their own waffles in the morning-- so fun! :) we've stayed here a couple times now and will be back! Always a great experience!!

Booked a handicap accessible room, I reminded the employee, he shook his head BUT it was a regular room. I had a knee replacement 2 months….toilet was for a baby. Hard to get down and up with nothing to hold onto. The bed was extremely high but comfortable once you get in

The room was very clean and the beds were extremely comfortable. We had a room with three queen beds (traveling with four kids) and one of the beds was in a separate smaller room that had its own inner door. It was perfect for our roadtrip stop!

Accessible room was good, step over tub not the best for people with mobility issues. Guest in room above had lots of kids that ran back and forth stomping their feet...quite a problem. I did go up and ask them to be quieter and it was better but still noisy. Don't think the place was full, maybe move guests with kids to one side???

It was the perfect place for my family, including our dogs. It was quiet and comfortable.

Did not like the little short toilet in bathroom. Felt like a child’s toilet.

As mentioned in previous reviews, it’s a no-frills hotel. But it fit the needs of our family of five with a dog traveling through well, and it was very clean.

Check in took like 10 min because they “had to make sure that the room I reserved wasn’t double booked”. After they gave us our keycards, they said we had to wait until they could confirm that the sink was working properly. I waited about 25 min (10:30 pm with 4 kids & a dog) until the person returned to behind the desk. I asked what was going on with the room and she says “oh ya it’s good to go”. Pretty sure she forgot about us. I was pretty ticked about it but was polite and moved on. The next morning I went down for breakfast 40 min before it was over. The hot food was all gone. There was one cup worth of coffee left and it was super strong wierd and not drinkable. There was a waffle maker but the maple syrup was empty.They did not have the advertised biscuits & gravy or green chili. It’s a decent and clean hotel. Staff just needs to get their acts together.

Traveling through in our RV with an infant booked last minute hotel. We booked this one because it listed on property RV parking thinking we would have a safe place to park. Upon arrival we drove around looking for spot. Found empty lot in back of hotel however at check in we were told we could be towed for parking there. There was no parking lot to park RV. The hotel did not have the RV parking in the property that it advertised so we had no where to park a 50-60' trailer. We left and went across the street. After multiple attempts the hotel did not refund the money. Very frustrating they advertised something they could provide and then wouldn't refund

This hotel is definitely the cleanest I’ve ever stayed in. It looks and feels as if it had been freshly painted and smells as fresh as if the windows were opened… the staff in the office are unfailingly cheerful and helpful. The cleanliness factor is outstanding. I have recommended staying there to family, friends and acquaintances on my Facebook account. We are so happy with them. They rate a full five star in our book …
