Comfort Inn & Suites

I didn’t realize Expedia was showing me hotels not in my city. I had a lot going on with a medical emergency in the family and needed a place to stay for the night. I booked the room, 15 mins later realized it was in a city 30 mins away. I called the hotel and she said she had to speak to a manager in order to cancel my reservation with a refund. Expedia didn’t refund my money either. Look out for a bait and switch with the cities. Sad they didn’t understand the situation and give a refund, but I guess being a tiny city they need to keep money from guests who didn’t even stay in the room.

I stayed here to visit family for a few days. The room was quiet and clean for the most part. The only issue I had was there was some hair on the bed cover in a few places. I didnt complain and dealt with it but everything else was perfect. The king bed was thick and pretty firm which is what I love in a mattress. I requested a room away from elevaters and entrances and was thoroughly accomodated in that! My stay was quiet and comfortable. I will stay here again!

My family and I rented out 8 rooms at this facility and they were very unclean, smelly and the customer service (mainly with front desk) was terrible.

We’ve always stayed at this hotel when visiting family in the area! This will be the last time. Front desk ladies are rude and made us feel like we were bothering them anytime we asked for anything. The hallways need vacuum. The carpet in the room was tore up and the room smelt horrible.

Stated they had a heated pool, but it was ice cold. Staff was fast and efficient to deal with. Having the family dollar across the road was convenient to walk to as well.

We stayed over the Christmas holiday and arrived with a sick child. The staff was wonderfully accomodating to us with extras for our room. Their hospitality and care made our stay much more comfortable.

Nice lobby for meeting up with extended family. Continental breakfast hours (6-10am) and selection/options were impressive. Rooms had some wear (torn carpet, squeaky doors, dresser drawers wouldn’t stay closed) but very clean and spacious. Beds and sheets so comfy. Staff was friendly and helpful.

The hotel is dirty and poorly cared for. The door to the bathroom looks like it's never been wiped down. It looked like someone spilled something on the walls. The room wasn't cleaned well as evidenced by the trash from a prior guest on the chair. The check in staff was nice but the staff that checked me out a day early in error acted as if I was bothering her and didn't even bother to apologize for the inconvenience. If my family wasn't in Lovington I would never stay here again and at this point driving 20 miles to Hobbs seems worth it.
