The staff was friendly when you got ahold of them. Elevator has been broken for 4 months so lugging all our stuff up and down the stairs. We are a family of 4 so we had a lot of bags. The breakfast was pretty good. Good selection to choose from. They did have fresh coffee around the clock so i was happy lol. Wouldn't stay again

The rooms were really nice, However When we got to the hotel my kids got ready to get in the pool, got dressed, went to the pool my card didn't work to let us in the pool are, went to the front desk and was told it was closed due to a part needing for it to be fixed. No notes on the door, no notes on the website of pool being closed and no one told us when we checked in. This was one of the reasons why we booked this hotel was because it had an indoor pool. kids were left very sad.

They apparently WAAY over booked and half of our softball team got the boot leaving several little girls and their families without a place to stay. Not impressed at all. We booked our hotel like 2 weeks or more in advance and they didn’t even let us know until the day of. 0/10 for poor planning skills.
