MainStay Suites

I gave this property a second chance because I like the layout of the room. I regret that. The first time it was ants and I had to purchase my own ant spray. I wasn’t offered anything for the inconvenience. This time I drove in late with my kids. They not only double charged my card, I had to walk all the way to front from the separate suites building 4 times because my key cards weren’t working. I’ve machines didn’t work and they refused to allow me a late check out because it “added stress on the staff”. I asked for a manager multiple times, they weren’t onsite, nor did they call me at my request.

Services was Terrible, Manager was rude and unprofessional, and her husband turned off the lights in the pool area when there was children still in there. All because I asked if she worked at the hotel, after she came in yelling about there being 14 ppl in pool and the capacity was 13 never once did she advise us of who she was, nor did she introduced herself. I guess I was rude for asking who she was, so they took it out on the other guest.

We stayed at this hotel for a week with 3 children. It was clean and safe, highly recommended, very convenient parking. Will stay again. 5 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The game room for the kids

Renovations at MainStay kinda put a damper on the weekend. No elevator with 3 kids is no fun. Trash can under kitchenette sick was full of trash. Toilet paper holder in bathroom was broken off the wall. Only 3 bath towels for a family of 5 staying in a suite. Woman at front desk during check-in seemed busy and in a frustrated mood. Pool wasn't very enjoyable because too much chlorine. Have stayed there two years prior and this time was not as enjoyable but we made fit.

The lady behind the desk was very sweet! Our room was nice. However when I made the reservation I asked for first floor, due to my mother being disabled and my husband just had shoulder surgery 2 days prior. They couldn’t accommodate so okay, moved on. That Sunday came around the elevator is broke we’re on the 3rd floor. This is our 3rd time staying here and every time the elevator breaks. It’s either the comfort or the main stay. We have 3 kids, a mother that’s disabled and a husband that can’t lift. It was a disaster. I couldn’t wait around for maintenance to come and fix it.
