Hampton Inn & Suites Robbinsville

The rugs coming out of elevators on our floor needed to be vacuumed. Run in my room had frayed areas. Plus the bathtub when standing to take a shower was very slippery no gripping on tub. My family had 3 rooms ant the conditions were the same in all rooms

Our stay was wonderful. Clean property, safe, nice amenities, and great staff. Would recommend. Great for families!

Comfortable property, clean, large parking lot. The pool is indoors. When we went to the pool there was a young woman there giving swim lessons which was weird. The young woman said she worked for the company that serviced the pool and they set up swim lessons and she shows up and uses the pool. So my family was not really able to enjoy the pool as we had to worry about younger children swimming across the pool. The pool was not very large so it was uncomfortable and we decided to leave the pool.

My child got a bug bite during our 2 night stay in the room we were staying in. Pack a bug spray just in case.

I love booking through Expedia, but this experience was terrible. First, the room given was not cleaned before giving us. Though the staff gave me another room, but I had not expected this. I was traveling with my elderly mother and a toddler. I have to come back to reception and getting another room was not quite comfortable experience. Secondly, in the breakfast, I had asked multiple times on the ingredients of food items but I didn’t get any answers. I understand, breakfast was a common arrangement, but atleast there should be a description of the food items served. Lastly, though it was a non smoking room, I felt strong smoke coming to my room through out the night.

We spent one-night while passing through on travel. Typically Hampton Inn can be counted in to be clean and safe and offer breakfast, perfect for family trave. The first room we were given had so many stains on the exterior of the pull-out sofa that I would not allow my child to touch it. The second room was only marginally cleaner. We worked hard to overlook the sets of used false eyelashes on the floor, and we still didn't allow our child to touch the sofa. The breakfast offered was missing eggs, cream cheese, yogurt, fruit, etc. So toast and sausage it was for us. This location is convenient to the Jersy Turnpike but has little else to offer.

Great stay, everything was clean, the service was great will definitely stay again. Great trip with my child

My family came to this hotel for a recent vacation trip to New Jersey from Chicago. We loved our room because it was large and the ceilings was tall. They offered some awesome free breakfast and the staff kept the place clean even during breakfast. We loved the pool and the workout room option. We will definitely come here again. It was nice that this hotel was right off the New Jersey turnpike to get around.

It was very nice and the staff was very polite. I just wish the price was below 300.00 because it really limits families who are on a budget and want a clean, safe place to stay.

The hotel is very clean although the elevator varied from smelling like perfume to smelling like pot. The location is convenient to the tollway but the sound of traffic was always present. Having breakfast included is good but both kids got diarrhea from the waffles.
