Homewood Suites by Hilton Hamilton, NJ

The suite was big and clean. The beds were comfortable. Breakfast was okay. The kids enjoyed the outside area with all the games. The pool was smaller, but the kids had fun, and it had a basketball hoop. Towels for the pool area were limited. Overall, we would stay here again.

It was great overall. When we arrived, we had to wait a while to check in because there was a large group (20+ people) ahead of us reserving last minute rooms for the night. Once it was our turn, there was a second staff member that came out… it was too bad that he didn’t come out just a bit earlier while the large group was there, but maybe he was busy. Once we got to our room we were very pleased. It was a king room with sofa bed. Unfortunately, there were no linens for the sofa bed in the room, and I was busy with my children, so I didn’t want to call down for any. One other unfortunate detail was that the towels in the bathroom were damp. Maybe the hotels dryers weren’t working properly, but again, my kids had just fallen asleep and I didn’t want to call down to the front desk. The grounds were beautiful. We loved the putting green, basketball court and ping pong table. The breakfast was good too, and I was surprised and delighted to see grits! We would definitely stay there again, I would just make sure I had all the proper dry linens before getting ready for bed next time:)

Maybe the best hotel I stayed, the breakfast was unbelievably delicious, out-meal, boiled eggs, scrambled eggs, hem, turkey sausage, tacos, yogurt, French toast, so many cupcakes and cookies, just wow. Amenities make this hotel really special, my kids were so happy, it makes me happy too! Definitely coming back! Thanks!

Great hotel for family. Pool water should be cleaner.

I only stayed one and half nights but in that short amount of time, I got to enjoy a few of the extras offered by the hotel. I loved that the pool was open until 11 PM! I traveled with 2 kids so after a 10 hour trip I was grateful for them to be able to enjoy themselves in the pool. The hotel has a beautiful fountain with an outdoor fire and seating. There is also a mini golf pad and a bike for guests to use!!! The room looked and smelled clean and the breakfast had a lot to choose from. Thank you for making this a truly exceptional Hilton experience.

We loved the heated pool and the generous hours. (7 am to 11 pm!) it’s the perfect location to stay during a trip to Six Flags Great Adventure because you can come back from the park and still enjoy pool time! The outdoor area has fire pits, a putting green and Basketball court to keep the kids busy! Unfortunately it rained the night we arrived so we couldn’t enjoy the outdoor amenities. But we plan to stay here whenever we need a hotel near SFGA. We got upgraded from a Queen suite to a 2 bedroom suite, with a fully stocked kitchen area, spacious living room, 2 baths and 2 very spacious bedrooms! It was perfect to wake up Easter Sunday morning! The breakfast buffet was fully stocked, hot and delicious. For the price, really cannot beat this hotel and as SFGA members we’ve stayed at many in the area. We also enjoyed the perks of Hilton Honor members, including a welcome goodie bag and keyless entry. The hotel is easy on and off the Highway and 15 minutes to the Six Flags gate. Tons of chain restaurants not too far away, as well, along with the Jackson Outlets. Our new home away from home when we go to Great Adventure!

Hotel seemed relatively new and in good shape. A bonus was an outdoor recreation area with miniature golf, gas grills and plenty of tables. Very cool place to hang out with family and friends.

Our stay was most enjoyable! It felt like home and my family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Will definitely stay again!

The rooms were not clean and smelled like someone was smoking in the room The ceiling fans was covered with dust and the front of the dishwasher was stained with something. The card to open the door was not working and we had to go to the front desk several times to get a new card that still didn't work. The front desk finally came up to the room and vouched that we weren't doing anything incorrectly. They did offer another room at 7.30 in the evening which was to late since we were traveling with an infant. The hotel did offer good amenties outdoors, however there was a lot of empty bottles of beverages left on the ground
