Hampton Inn Old Bridge

Clean and convenient. Front desk asian lady was very rigid and not allow my daughter's family to check in early, EVENTHOUGH her room was ready at 11am. After a long travel with 3 boys, and our family using 5 rooms or my Dads funeral, there was no support or consideration from her. I have been staying at thus location several times since February. I am also a Hilton Honors for many years while traveling for business. Just very disappointed with the lack of compassion from the Hilton organization.

We loved the cleanliness of the hotel and the room, kids loved the indoor pool.

I was traveling with a service animal. I sent a message to the hotel and phoned days prior to my arrival. I was told there would be no issue. When I checked in on Saturday, November 19, the woman at the front desk was rude as she obviously fails to comprehend that every disability is not immediately visible. The hotel should look into training. My take away from my stay is that it is hard to believe that it is a Hilton property. I stayed at this hotel as it was designated by the family hosting a bar mitzvah at a nearby country club.

website said indoor pool which is why we chose place. was no pool .supposed to be queen beds. they weren't. both my kids were really upset about pool
