Courtyard by Marriott North Brunswick

Staff are impeccable. Service was expedited ever step of the way w/courtesy & thorough efforts. Checking in was a breeze w/a WONDERFUL woman who'd been working double shifts & yet remained cheerful & helpful w/all. We picked this specific inn due to the firepit amenity & a celebration of family time w/wine under the stars. Alas, it was malfunctioning & this highlight of our weekend was forced to be cancelled. While it was a huge disappointment, we realize there are worst things so we made another plan. Ironically the next day, other staff were able to fix it & we sat for a bit but it's really a treat @night! Overall, a great stay, altho some bugs need to be ironed out. Several times also, we needed help & lobby was not manned by any concierge. Rooms are clean, spacious & super comfy! The roadhouse nextdoor is great w/decent fare. There's grocery within walking distance if you want to dine in. (Frig/micro help in this option) I'd HIGHLY recommend this hotel.

Stayed for a week of family stuff that was happening, this place was great also loved that the Target was right next door bc I forgot so much stuff! Clean room, unobtrusive staff (but responsive when needed!). Good experience!!

This is my hotel.of choice for family and friends when they come into town

Beautiful hotel. Love the fact that there’s a Target behind the hotel and a restaurant next door. My kids enjoyed the pool and there own rooms.

It was a real problem for us and our family. We were told specifically that the pool was working and when we arrived from a long drive, was then told that it was not. Nothing was then done by the hotel to rectify the situation. We were just sent on our way. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. It made us feel like there was a bait and switch situation occurring.
