It was a small family trip was fun to be around the wildwood good Customer service

First of all the whole town was like dead -ghost town..nothing was open.. had to wait long time for the guy to come to front desk as he was not in the building…the front desk was not clean.. cluttering all over…also lobby area was not clean! the room was nothing like the pictures online… everything is just blah simple white, no strip bed cover… no perks like bottle of water, no breakfast.. the desk have no chair for me to sit to eat or do my computer work…the furniture where the small ref is.. the door can’t stay close & it’s dangerous if there’s a little kid running the room to get hurt! I believe I was the only person staying in the hotel…it’s scary! they really should close the place for the season… not worth the money I spend for the room & place! Very disappointed

The hotel is centrally located within 2 close blocks to the boardwalk and amusements. I chose the hotel since i thought it was a newly constructed property based on the pictures. I cane to realize that it was an older hotel that was recently renovated. Hotel looks like its affiliated with the Tropicana Motel next door which looks like a total dump. The hotel served its purpose for my first stay with my family in Wildwood. Overall the room was fine and nothing seemed broken. On hindsight, i may choose spend more per night next time and find a nice property. Staff was ok nothing they did was note worthy. Overall its an ok hotel for the price but was not really impressed with anything about my stay.

Everything was great. Very family friendly. Will definitely stay here again.

Hotel was great. New and clean. Front desk staff was extremely nice. The included breakfast was insufficient in quality and selection, in addition it felt like we were invading a staff room. As the cleaning staff took up 4 of 5 tables leaving guest (& small children) to stand and eat breakfast. Parking is a mess, you need to leave your keys with front desk and your car may be blocked in 2-3 cars deep or parked on the streets. No crib

The big pro (and possibly the only pro) is how convenient the location is to the boardwalk and the beach itself. The boardwalk is essentially a block away and seems to be in a safe enough area. We weren't out super late as we have two young kids, so I say "seems to be". Cons: 1) The parking situation is awful. You either get parked in or you are required to leave your keys at the front desk. Our car was parked in, thankfully because I would have refused to leave my keys with total strangers at the front desk. 2) Our room was not very clean when we arrived. The were spots on our sheets along with hairs in between the sheets. I asked that new sheets be put on the beds. 3) There were 4 of us in the room and we were only left with 2 towels and 2 super tiny shampoo bottles. I had to ask for more towels and shampoo, but I wasn't allowed to have more than one bottle of shampoo at a time. 4) The breakfast is not great. mini cinnamon rolls, mini muffins, bread, cereal, and yogurt. That's it. 5) The rooms are much smaller than a typical hotel room. There's not much room between the ends of the bed and the dresser. It feels very cramped. Honestly, the whole place feels small and cramped. Even the lobby was hard to find upon arrival as it is hidden back in behind the parked cars.

Overall we had a good experience. The staff are friendly and willing to help. When you compare wildwood hotels overall this one is at the top when comparing to its competitors within the price range. Short walking distance to boardwalk and dinning options. Wish they would not have cars loitering by the hotel entrance which cause disturbances. Even though I think guest should should respect the way they act it would not hurt for the hotel staff to remind them. Numerous times where I would pass through with my family including young children. Overall I would stay here again!

Great spot for a family trip! Rooms were updated and beds were very comfortable.

Excellent location in the middle of everything. Will definitely return when we visit Wildwood again, the staff (Andy) were kind and the room was clean and updated. The room was just as pictured and my children enjoyed the pool which was very clean and maintained. They have surveillance cameras for their parking garage underneath to make sure everyone has room to park safely and not get blocked in.

The place was nice and clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful. You have to hand in your car keys and they get the cae for you. We couldn’t sleep all Night, we could hear all the noice the room above us was making. Make sure to ask for third floor if you don’t have kids.
