Panoramic Motel & Apartments

Our family rented two rooms for four days. The location simply can’t be beat and the vibe is very family friendly. The hotel itself is OLD, and it’s right near the beach, so there’s some dampness, etc. However, since ownership changed in 2023, this motel is a labor of love! The staff was excellent in every way. We had an issue with our shower and maintenance fixed it immediately, while Maria Christina offered to let us use the dryer at no charge and refreshed all our towels. When we checked out on our last day, she let us keep our parking spaces while we enjoyed the beach for a few extra hours. The service is what puts this place over the top. We felt like family while we were there and we’ll be coming back!

They saved our family vacation when our original hotel overbooked the date and walked us the day we were to check in. Staff was super friendly and helpful.

The hotel is conveniently located only a block away from the beach and the boardwalk. The pool is great for kids, but cold. The room, however, smelled of mold. There were ants on the kitchen counter as soon as we put any food there, so we stored the food in the refrigerator (even the cereal). Guests were smoking around the pool, which is not the air that kids should be breathing in the pool. The hotel should have a non-smoking area. The staff are great and were eager to help. There are nice picnic tables by the pool, but we were reluctant to use them because of the smoking around the area.

We LOVED staying here. It's a block from the boardwalk. The manager was very helpful when my 1 yr old granddaughter locked herself in the bathroom. The pool is a nice size for everyone to use. We'll be back if I can convince my family to go to east coast again.

Took my children for a few days and had a great stay. The room was larger than I expected, clean and the staff was very friendly. The boardwalk is just a few blocks up the road and the area was nice family area.

Clean family hotel. Walkable to everything on the boardwalk. Staff available if anything needed. 2nd year in a row we stayed and will definitely do a 3rd year.

It was what we expected a 50's feel to it. The apartment setting was idea for us. It would be a great place to take a family with kids because it has a full kitchen set up, close to the boardwalk and beach, and a pool. Very friendly and helpful service we received. We would definitely go there again.

Booked a last minute stay for my family. I tried to call to check if our room was available before we got there and it took about 6 phone calls for someone to answer. Check in says 3pm- they told me come for 4pm. We had to wait and call a phone number because the check in office was empty/ when someone finally showed up it was about 10 minutes later. When we found out our room was in a breezeway in a corner with no outside seating I asked if we could be moved (I saw there were multiple rooms empty) and was told “no” and then “they would let us know.” Still had to wait about 15 minutes for the room to be ready. The room was clean and spacious but extremely outdated compared to some of the other rooms that we could see were empty because the curtains were open. The rooms did not have a lot of electrical outlets and none in the bathroom which I thought was odd. Pool was a decent size and clean as well. The location is perfect for the boardwalk and beach. Overall decent but most likely will not return.
