Huge comfortable suits, great for families. Loft has two bedrooms and two bathrooms, plus living room, dining room, and full kitchen. Also gas fireplaces (though may not be running) which creates a warm, inviting atmosphere. Pool, hot tub, and sauna were in great condition. Highly recommend.

We stayed in the 2 bed apartment (Multi Bed Room). It was a great stay. The kids slept on the pull out couch and the adults in the bedroom. Loved the fireplace. The breakfast was beyond my expectations for grab and go. So good. 2 min drive to Mount Sunapee for skiing. You could check your skis and poles in the lobby so you didn't have to keep them in your car overnight. We will stay again.

My Husband and three sons drove from Southern Massachusetts during a snow storm and arrived at 11:30 am the day of check in. Check in is at 4pm. The hotel had lost power due to the storm. The hotel checked them in anyway and upgraded them at no charge to a 2BR suite with a wood stove. We think it was because at check in the power was out. When the power came back on they didn't ask them to move rooms. My kids were very excited about the large suite and plenty of beds. My Husband could not say enough good things about the staff who helped him out.

Our room was nice with a decent kitchen, two large bathrooms, a loft with plenty of space, good sized master bedroom, living area and nice little porch. We were very happy with the size of the accommodations for our family of four.

We felt this place was very spacious but in need of major updates and cleaning. We booked 2 suites for 2 nights for the purpose of bringing our families together for a couple of days. The staff were rude, not customer service friendly or focused at all, and although we wanted to stay longer, due to the unkempt amenities, we canceled our last night since the pool was so dirty and smelled so horrible it couldn’t be used. There’s a lot of potential for this place given the location and spaciousness of the units and amenities but definite improvements with staff, management, and cleanliness are needed.
