The room itself was great! What really made this stay no fun was being told we would not be able to get keys made for our room due to their “system being down.” The system ended up being down throughout our entire stay so anytime we wanted in our room we had to go into the Casio and hang out at the hotel desk until someone noticed us and then walk us to our room as if we were children. After about the 5th time of having to do this my husband let them know how frustrated he was. They did offer us an extra nights stay but no thank you since we can’t even get a key to our room. Also, that was after were told the day of check in that we wouldn’t be getting the king size bed that we had booked due to the air conditioner not working. Had the 2 issues that I mentioned not have happened this would be a pretty cool place to stay. I don’t know that we’d pay over $400 per night again to stay here after what we went through.

Large rooms with comfortable beds. The beautiful bathroom was huge, but only had a curtain, no door. We were traveling with our adult daughter so it was slightly awkward. The fireplace was open to the bath and the bed area - also a little awkward as you could see from one bed into the bathroom. This is an amazing place for couples or folks traveling with small children.
