First impressions are everythi g and we were not disappointed. Clean, modern, comfy beds, just a great place to stay. The pool was a bit on the cool side, but the kids had fun!

We were given a double queen room with two tvs and a nice couch. This was wonderful! My twin girls and I were able to relax together on the couch while talking and watching a TV show. It was one of the best stays I've had, and I normally choose HI Express in Sioux City IA and Des Moines IA as well as my travel preference. It was nice to get a great room to enjoy family. 5 Stars to them.

We checked in late afternoon and had a family emergency later that evening and had to check out at 9 pm. The front desk was so helpful and showed great compassion. We had booked through Expedia, I contacted them to try and get a refund or partial refund. They contacted the hotel to confirm our situation and we received a full refund. There are still good people/companies in the world we live in!!

The staff was excellent and very caring, we always have stayed at the hotel on our yearly family reunion trip and every year they do not disappoint my wife or I.
