Copper King Convention Center, Ascend Hotel Collection

It was very strange to not have any windows at all in the room. That certainly helped keep it dark during sleeping hours, but weird other than that. The queen bed was substantially more comfortable to sleep on than the King. The breakfast options were fabulous! The dry sauna was amazing....but the hot tub left a lot to be desired. The pool was great for the kids, but man alive was it cold. The tub in the bathroom was excellent. Overall, it was a nice stay and we would certainly stay here again in the future.

The room was spacious and very accommodating for our family of 5. The beds were soft and comfortable. The pool was clean. The staff were all so friendly! The breakfast was great so many options. I wish we could stay here our whole trip.

This was a fantastic stay from location and food to esthetic. It is a family favorite and we will stay here when we come to Butte!

We stayed here before and liked it. So we decided to stay again on our way back home. When we entered the room we were surprised to see we had a pool side room. All was good until a baseball team of girls entered the pool. It was horrible. I called the front desk to find out how late the pool was open and we had a hour to go off screening children. We couldn’t even hear the TV. I asked the desk why would you put a couple with no children in this room. She was nice but said who ever made your reservation booked a pool side room. I told her that was not case and I could show her my confirmation. She did offer to move us to a different room but at 9pm by the time I moved the pool would be closed. What really upset me was when she said at the end of the call “have a good night” how can you under those circumstances and why argue with us about our booking. A little noise from the pool and kids playing no problem but last night was absolutely ridiculous! I think we should have received a partial refund, if I stayed here again I would make sure to NOT have a pool side room again.

Customer service was amazing, amenities excellent, great experience for a family. We will definitely be back.

Nice place. Not sure why we got the indoor pool view. I would have preferred the outdoor view. Don’t say you have kids I think is the difference…really nice place, good restaurant inside. We used the laundry, the gym was crappy but got the job done. Only some cardio and a crappy cable machine that’s on its last leg, no dumbbells. We walked to Walmart about .7 mile away which was nice.

Overall a good stay. Very clean and comfortable. Erin the manager was very helpful when I discovered I apparently had 2 reservations unintentionally. Nice pool for kids

The room was fantastic- even had a fridge and microwave! And it was immaculate. My only issue was with germs. At breakfast I saw unsupervised children licking their fingers, then using the serving utensils, and in some cases their fingers, to serve themselves. I would rather pay more to stay and not worry about getting sick.

Every thing was amazing there. The pool area was awesome. Pool water could have been warmer, but awesome area for the kids and to hangout and unwind. Pillows could use some upgrading, way too soft.

I understand having a property with a pool but boy does it suck having an inward facing room overlooking the pool. It echos and is loud. Not great after a long day of travel and then have to listen to screaming kids splashing and laughing. Let them be kids but give me a different room thats quiet.
