Slept like a baby. Hot tub was clean and amazing. Staff were so friendly. Continental breakfast was good. Room was clean. Sheets were heavenly soft. Not scratchy.

Spa in pool area closed. Very inconvenient for parents to watch their children swim since the pool is too cold for most adults to endure. Electricity in room went out twice while there. Once at night and had to wait for the only person on staff to finish at the frint desk to come flip the breaker, all while my child was in the shower in the dark! Sink barely drained. Microwave did not work upon arrival so they had to switch it out. Carpet staples poked our bare feet multiple times in room. Staff not very friendly at all.
