Comfort Suites

We were in unit 224 and the people above us had some kind of small children or pets that stomped across the floor until quiet hours and then again first thing in the morning. Very tiring. At least have the common sense to place noisy rodents on the first floor or on a separate wing far away from civilized man. The “lukewarm” tub was far from hot. Does no one check these things. Really bad if you rely on guests to tell you when things break. They take a while to heat up. At least check it so it can be corrected so it can be used. Very poor ratings on the pool and hot tub.

Rooms were sooo dirty... got switched after we checked in to find the couch and couch bed disgusting. Next room was still dirty... stains and marks all over furniture and carpet. Lock system went down while we were swimming and doing laundry. Front desk lady couldnt get any maintence to come in and we were locked out of our room until 2:35 am. I am a single mom travelling with 3 kids. The night lady was very nice. But it didnt fix the awful experiences. I was never offered compensation, and was soo exhausted after traveling I had no fight in me to make the only person who was nice feel terrible.

Friendly check in, accomodating with room preference. Breakfast was well stocked and clean. Pool was a hit with the kids. Cost was a little higher than other comfort suites locations.

Met my family for an early Christmas. My grandkids really enjoyed swimming in the warm pool in cold December.

We chose this hotel over other less expensive options because of the great reviews, but our experience was mixed. It was clean enough and overall a decent stay, but we had no soap in one room and only three towels in both rooms. Since the rooms sleep six, we thought this was odd and requested more, but there were none available at the time. They said that they would bring us more later, and we also asked for our trashes to be emptied since the rooms don’t get cleaned daily and they were getting quite full. When we returned that evening, the trash had still not been emptied and we were still short towels. The front desk clerk took care of both issues immediately, which was nice, but we felt for him that he had to do it. Another issue was that every single day of our four-night stay, our key cards for both rooms stopped working and we had to go get them reprogrammed. That was frustrating when getting back to the hotel late at night with sleepy children. The breakfast was ok but even though it’s supposed to be open until 9, they let items run out well before that and don’t refill them. That left people who arrived later within the breakfast timeframe with a pretty limited selection of things. We witnessed another guest complaining about this very issue and they were basically told that’s just how it is. On the positive side, they kindly let us extend our checkout time by an hour due to accommodate our circumstances. All of the staff we interacted with were pleasant.

The room was very clean and spacious enough for our big family. Everyone slept comfortably. Breakfast was good all items were fresh and delicious and all the kids were able to find something they liked . We will always choose to stay at comfort suites when we travel
