Billings Hotel and Convention Center

As the last 2 times my family and i have stayed there after our house burned down, it is Amazing! The Staff is so polite and courteous! Always with a smile! The pool room is the best! 2 water slides and just pure fun! Will be our number 1 Hotel choice Always! On our way back for a great and peaceful night sleep!

The hotel is located in a convenient location off the highway to rest on the way to Glacier National Park. The beds were not very comfortable and the bathroom sinks were clogged. The kids enjoyed the water park.

My family and I had a terrible experience at this hotel. Upon arrival, we were greeted by people smoking marijuana outside. The check-in process was frustrating as their equipment stopped working, causing delays. Our room had no hot water; the hot water tap ran cold and the cold tap ran hot forcing us to take cold showers. As hot water never got hot.I took pictures of the room to avoid being wrongly charged for damages. After a 16-hour journey with four kids, we were too exhausted to request a refund. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

The pool was amazing. Our kids had a blast on the watersides.

Great room, helpful staff at the front desk, bar and coffee shop area. Would recommend for families, couples or just a single person.

Easy check process... The staff was really nice and helpful. Rooms where very spacious and very clean. The pool and water slides where fun. My family had a really good time.

Pool was great for the kids. Beds were amazing.

The courtyard is lovely with lots of chairs. The beds fairly comfortable and room was functional. Building is old and some of the corners in the courtyard seemed full of bugs. The pool looked fun although too many little kids screaming so our teenage girls did not want to go in there.

Other reviews are consistent with lack of cleanliness. Our room had dirt socks near the bedside, someone’s chewing tobacco pouch stuck to the bedside headboard, hairs and stains on both beds. Only positive was the pool with the water slides that my kids enjoyed but given the option I wouldn’t stay here again and would advise others to give this a hard pass.

This hotel was surprisingly nice. Parking lot is questionable and has construction going on. There were lots of cops driving around it when we arrived. The room was good sized, clean, and quiet. The pool was great for the kids, but I would suggest going right after check-in for fewer people. Once 6pm came around it was packed and loud. The jacuzzi had quite a bit of sand in the bottom and the water looked kind of brown when the bubbles weren’t on. We didn’t get any password protected wi-fi so was on the shared hotel free wi-fi. Was not great during the hours of 8pm-10pm. Vending machines required quarters or dollar bills only, but there were a lot of them around the facility and they had a variety of snacks and drinks by check-in at a good price available for purchase. There is also a big courtyard area that is well-maintained and perfect for lounging around outside. We did not check out the casino so I do not have a review for that. Overall very happy with the choice to stay here for the night.
