Boothill Inn And Suites

we were in town for a family memorial and Boothill was so convenient to everything and the staff was very friendly and helpful and the fresh baked cookies every night was an amazing bonus!!!!

There for a family reunion and there was room in the lobby and breakfast room to visit along with great trails right behind the hotel.

The staff was cheerful and efficient. The room was clean, quiet, and comfortable. It is a great place to stay while we visit family in Billings.

If you are a conscious consumer who likes to “shop local”- this is the hotel to stay at. As a former resident of Billings, and now a frequent visitor, there is nowhere else I want to stay. My expectations have always been exceed with my stays. Here you go- WARM pool and clean deck area (and neat big kites hanging from the ceiling) Efficient and reliable airport shuttle (you can even leave your car at the hotel, they will take you to the hotel to fly out, and pick you up on your return) This is LOCALLY-owned. Staff has mentioned that they are well-cared for with wage, schedules, and benefits packages. (This is important to me and makes me happy to support a family business that takes care of their people). My understanding is that the owners paid the wages for their staff during Covid, even when they weren’t working due to shut downs. Wow!! The rooms have always been immaculate. Beds and bedding are super comfy They have ungraded/remodeled many areas over time The front staff is always welcoming Fresh cookies in the evening Convenient to Target, fast food, Walmart, The Metra, Walmart, downtown, and gas station (and much more in the Heights) Quick drive from the highway They have given me a discount when I have come to Billings for medical care- just ask when you book directly with them Even when the price of a night’s stay is more than other hotels (sometimes it is), I still choose this place (and I do love a bargain, but all the above is the reason why I will stay here)

The hotel staff is awesome had room ready way before check In, room was perfect for a family suite the front desk people greeted with smiles and answered all questions related for next stay and other questions,and hotel breakfast is awesome, also hotel is in most convenient spot for all kinds of shopping and restaurants activities.

My two kids (18 and 15 year olds) and I stayed in a 2 queen bed room. The sheets were clean, and it was a nice room. My only complaints were the one mattress was wearing out and misshapen, there was a booger on the wall in the bathroom near the light switch, and two visible spots on the toilet seat that had been missed when cleaning. They were light brown spots that I wiped off with a tissue. The breakfast could’ve been a little better but wasn’t terrible and the pool is small, but there is a hot tub! Other than that, it was a nice place, very aesthetically pleasing. The staff was all very helpful and very friendly and kind. The parking was very close to our room and there are some nice views! I would recommend, but do a once-over on your room (as a person should in any hotel) 🙂

My family in Billings recommended the hotel, so I chose it over the larger corporate hotels I usually stick to...Hampton, Hilton, Hyatt, etc.. Glad I did. There were tons of little things that made it more enjoyable and friendly. Fresh baked cookies every night, 24 hr. access to the free beverage bar for milk, juices, and bottled water, free breakfast that tasted like real food instead of instant food that was cold and/or ignored by the staff, no extra fee for parking, no "resort fee" surprise added to your bill when you arrive that isn't listed on Hotels.com (a favorite trick of the hotels that Hotels.com allows). All in all, it was a pleasant surprise. Not fancy, but for a family looking for a little extra but still on a budget, it was perfect.

They have a nice room that could accommodate a family of 7.

We had the kids drop us off and keep my car so it wouldn’t be just sitting out for the 2 1/2 weeks we would be gone. With that said we had no car but knew we could walk over to Applebees and have a nice dinner snd then walk back the two blocks it was from the hotel!

Great location for attending concerts. Stayed in a family room (which was quite expensive) and felt the layout could’ve been more accommodating to larger groups/families. I would suggest the bathroom sink should be separate from the shower and toilet. A mirror in front of the desk would have been helpful as a second vanity when the bathroom was in use. Nice staff, a bit worn out but clean.
