Embassy Suites St. Louis - St. Charles

It was very crowded due to a family reunion. The staff was great just too many people and the breakfast was not as good as in past years

Overall good stay. Staff was nice. Hotel was clean and in good shape. Pool was not available at scheduled times and a bit crowded. Hot tub didnt always work. There was alot of unsupervised children as well. The breakfast lines were a little long

First time staying here would stay again good experience. Love design in lobby/dining room and water features/music, comfy chairs felt very relaxing also near elevators. Breakfast/hotel receptions very nice many food/drink options. Almost all employees seemed friendly greeting or offering to help you and attentive to their jobs. The gift/snack shop was great. Our room was very nice, relaxing enjoyed the nice towels, lighted mirror in bathroom, welcoming name on tv screens, slept well enjoyed cloud watching thru window. Plentiful pool towels,nice pool rinse off shower, parking, pamphlets on attractions in area. Three elevators was nice. Only concerns at check in, in spite of there being four people at the front stations only one seemed to be helping customers but Bri was very nice as well as the young lady who helped me at checkout. I was a little nervous about the adjoining room option and windows at front of our hotel room but used lock features and kept curtains closed until we left. Noticed door entering bedroom had surprising wood damage around door handle.Hotel pool like others warn no pool monitoring. It can get very crowded quickly being such a busy hotel. During our one pool visit not all children seemed to have an adult with them. Many young ones doing repeated wild front/ back flips. One child pushing others in to the pool. A few more seating options in pool area would be nice. Overall a great stay

Nice clean place to rest our heads after a long adventurous day with family!!

It was the perfect location. We had 4 of our 6 kids with us and the staff put us in a corner suit away from others so we didnt have to constantly hush our children. The hotel was absolutely beautiful! This has been the very first hotel we have stayed in that had an open hottub since covid started and it was very nice and relaxing. We all very much enjoyed our stay and will be back.

Great hotel. Very nice and fancy, made the kids think we were staying at a super job end place. Pictures of the indoor pool made it look deceiving bigger than it actually was. Room was great, and very clean. Beds on the firm side but comfy.

It is family friendly...your kids will love their stay!

It was my sister's 70th birthday, so I kidnapped her to spend the day and night shopping, visiting, and relaxing at a 4 star hotel. Thank you for a WONDERFUL experience!!!

Great place for the price! Nice spacious room, 2 complimentary drinks at happy hour, excellent breakfast, & the kids loved the pool & hot tub.

Unfortunately we were sent to a room which smelled pretty bad of pet urine. Then I asked for a new room. They sent us to another room with the same smell. There was a bottle of cleaner outside the room. I went to the front desk again and left my kids in the room. I didn’t know if all the rooms smelled like that but I didn’t want our clothes to absorb that smell and it was quite strong. Rooms 319 and 306. The next room 914 was better. It was just a hassle moving all the luggage and kids from room to room.
