The stay was not so good no microwave , no mini fridge no housekeepers no kids swimming in pool whirlpool was cool water no break fast it was the worst for this type of money.

My kids love the place

All I saw was the parking garage and hotel lobby. We came for the pool, you don’t allow children in it on weekends? I booked before your policy changed, it would’ve been nice to know before I arrived.

This was not what I had in mind for me and my family they have some stupid pool rules which is absolutely no kids on weekends this was a complete waste of time and money also no one answers the phone they have all the buttons for room service house keeping front desk etc on the phone and it would just ring away no answer when you press any button to get someone

Pool is not open for children on Sunday. Only allowed 2 extra pillows.

The check in attendant was not kind or welcoming. We reserved 2 rooms but were not able to even get both rooms on the same floor. We were told at check in that kids cannot use pool Friday, Sat or Sunday. Hotels.com did not advise of this. They have no valet, no wheelchairs, and no room service as advertised. The air was not working in our room and no one could fix it and they did not put me in another room.

Pool closed to kids. Phone to call anywhere doesn’t work. Front desk unsympathetic. Fishy smell in hallways.

The only thing that upset me was I rented it for the pool for my granddaughter. Nowhere did it tell me pool was closed on weekends for kids. So that was a bummer

Kids can’t swim! That was one of the biggest part of our vacation have access to a pool for the whole family! Then why is there a gap in the bathroom doors that people can see in I had my 4 year old grandson and he could see me in the tub! Then the refrigerator in the room did not work and the freezer on it leaking water on everything so could not use it! No cleaning of the room all weekend had to have all these dirty towels all over the bathroom all weekend! Had to go down to get more towels! I don’t think you should have to ask all these questions the person that checks you in should tell you this stuff! I came to this hotel because I thought it would be amazing and I guess I was not high class enough to be treated like I deserve to be in there hotel! It’s nothing special and I will never go back! So disappointed in this hotel! You would think that you would try to make a first time person to your hotel feel special and even just a little information about your hotel! I mean yes there is a web site I get it, but you know all this information when I check in!

Dirty, broken, not maintained, not family friendly. Go somewhere else
