Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, St. Peters, MO

Room was clean and well stocked. A/C was nice and cool and the bed was comfortable. Was a nice place to stay when visiting family in town. We will stay here again.

Convenient and near where my son and his family live in St Peters. Excellent staff.

Really convenient location. I won’t stay again based off my experience with the manager. On 3/22/2024 I called to check about the pool. The pool is working just fine. She asked the normal questions what is bringing you in? I told her a little birthday party 9 year old first sleep over. Few kids will be going swimming. SHE SAID OH THAT WILL BE FUN ENJOY ILL SEE YOU WHEN YOU CHECK IN. On 3/23 I check in at 3 but the room wasn’t all the way clean so I had to wait an additional 5mins. Finally make it to the room the bedding is dirty the toilet paper holder was rigged up. Just very ghetto. On 3/24 the kids went to the pool and was screamed at by a man saying no pool party get out now(these are 9yr olds) I guess we weren’t moving fast enough for him so he started to tell us that we needed to be checked out by 1pm it’s 12:45 and it was a max of 7 kids that I had to help. As we’re getting kids together he keeps talking saying we have to leave and he asked if the police need to be involved(group of 9yrs old) RUDE. Not staying again 0 stars

Our family was in town for my son's SOMO Bowling tournament. We ended up staying 3 nights to make it a short getaway. Our rooms were clean, and the beds were comfortable for those who like fairly hard beds. The breakfast bar had the usual eggs, sausage, cereal and juice. All was fresh and the area was very clean. The staff were always friendly and helpful. Although we didn't get a chance to use the pool or exercise room, it was clean and looked well kept. I would stay here again.

Great place and very friendly staff. A good place to stay with families. The beds were comfortable and the water pressure was great. There are many restaurants, fast food places and shops that are within walking distance. The salt pool was the perfect size and a lot of fun for our kids. We had two adults and four kids, and they were even able to find us adjoining rooms. It was a great place to spend New Year's Eve. We left a bag behind after we checked out and the hotel staff called right away to let us know. Definitely recommend staying here.

The property is definitely worth the value. It was not the best stay for a toddler because the property is pretty loud overall. There was a lot of road noise as well as noises from other rooms. The staff was friendly and the stay was comfortable. We had issues with the door part of the latch lock missing and we were missing at least one of our outlets covers.

This was a very up and down stay. I feel it was acceptable for an overnight quick stay. However, this hotel looks like it was pieced together. They're was painting that looked horrible. The bathtub caulking was bad bad. The water in the shower didnt reallyyyy work. It came out of the shower head and the faucet at the bottom at the same time. When we first got into the room is spelled like stale cigarettes? We over looked all of this as it wasnt the end of the world. Then at 10:30 at night someone knocked on our door.. we heard this person talking to the person next to us about someone smoking in their room? We felt it was very rude to knock on our door so late at night with children. Then at around 1:00 am while sleeping the fire alarm starting going off. I went down to reception to see what was going on. The reception person could not tell me anything other than " Do not worry everything is fine." I went back to the room and then 30 min later I thought someone was knocking on my door again.. I opened it and it was the front desk person talking to the people next to us again. We constantly felt like there was something going on and we kept getting interrupted or awoken by it. And to top it all off while all of this was going on at midnight we could have SWORN we heard gun shots. We are not new to the stl area. It all seemed very sketchy with no communication. I don't believe we would stay here again.

I love this hotel. This was our second time staying. You are treated like family from the time you arrive til you leave. Pool and hot tub are amazing. Everything is very clean.

Staff constantly didn't know things and had to ask us to wait while they consulted. The pack and play we were provided for our toddler to sleep was sticky and smelled like coffee. These should be cleaned between every use!
