Days Inn by Wyndham Rolla

Hotel was absolutely fine. Room was nice. Pool was nice. Breakfast was pretty good - especially make your own waffles. We had a crying baby in a room near ours who woke me several times during the night, but I can’t blame the hotel for that. The hotel was clean and the staff were polite. The area outside the property is weed-filled and not attractive, but that was relatively less important to me.

The property was older and smelled. It needed to be cleaned better, I had to wash out the shower before bathing my kids.

The staff was really nice… Our room had a bad smell, still had old food in the fridge… Some kids played and knocked and kicked on our door… We didn’t get any sleep from the stomping,and kids playing throughout the halls…

The room was comfy enough. But the hotel had seen better days. My family and I also didn’t feel particularly safe. When we arrived, a man in an SUV nearly sideswiped us as we pulled in and was driving erratically. When we checked in, I could hear what seemed to be a domestic violence incident transpire that involved the man who nearly hit us and a member of the staff. Would NOT recommend.

Rented 2 rooms and one room had stained sheets, pillow cases and condoms left behind from previous guests. No one available in office to check out in am. Pool was suppose to be for guests but a couple vehicles pulled up with whole families to swim. Definitely won’t be returning.

One of the front desk employees were very rude. Was on the phone with someone (by the conversation, im assuming it was a another employee) and the amount of swearing that young man did was ridiculous. I couldnt even tell you how many f bombs he spewed out on the phone towards this person. He was very hostile towards this person and we got up and went back to the room because i was done listening to him. Most of the staff was young and there didnt really seem to be anyone in charge. Watching tik toks on their phones and vulgar language. Wont stay there again. Used to be a really nice place and thats where my family and i would always stay

Big chunk of hair in shower, front desk downplayed a possible threat of a man threatening to come get his kids with violence. Coffee was not fresh. Ither than that all was fine.

Overall just fine place to stay and in spite of being tucked off the road a bit, very convenient location to launch into Mark Twain Nat'l forest, Rolla etc. The pool was not in service (drained and abandoned), but It probably would have served as too much distraction for my kids anyhow. Excellent AC was appreciated on a hot week in Rolla, MO

Chose Days Inn because they had a swimming pool and served breakfast. The pool wasn’t open, which was a major disappointment for my kids and breakfast was the same everyday, not much variety.

The staff was great. Everyone was kind which made the check in and out process really easy. But let’s talk about the property. There was not an elevator which stinks when you’re traveling with children and a lot of luggage. My tv did not work properly, but I think it’s because they have satellite instead of cable. Nevertheless, we had to use phones and iPads to watch tv. The pool was closed. Because we stayed 2 nights, our room did not get clean. Which means the trash can was overflowing. We ran out to clean towels and the fridge was out. And I had to get 5 different sets of room keys. Every time I left out the room my keys stopped working. I did not have them near my phone or anything. They just stopped working. Which was so annoying. Overall, the hotel itself was dated and needs a lot of updates. But the staff was great. However, I would not stay here again. They really need to revamp this hotel.
