The hotel was decent quality for the price, but what was unacceptable was no hot water the entire time for our stay. I thought maybe the hot water ran out but when I got up in the morning, me and my family were greeted to another cold shower. I was not satisfied.

The hotel was clean, had everything we needed, and was close to where we needed to be. Breakfast was good. The kids were disappointed that the pool was closed for maintenance but otherwise everything was great.

Hot water was hit and miss, I know it was Thanksgiving week and when I asked at the front desk, they said they were at capacity and to wait 45 minutes for a shower. I don't think that is an excuse. The pool was nice though and the breakfast was good. The kids enjoyed the waffles!

After the mass yelling and arguments between staff and a family, Where police were called, the showers sucked. no hot water, the handles falling off. workout equipment all broken. the workout room lights auto shut off after 5 min and i have to walk over to turn them on. same breakfast every day! and microwaved the “scrambled eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy” it was pathetic!

Quick and easy check in. Well stocked breakfast with hot items. Room was clean and beds are extremely comfortable. Great sized indoor pool for the kids. Overall nice stay and convenient to the interstate.

Nice hotel with staff that was friendly and courteous. Close to restaurants so we didn't have to drive awhile to find somewhere to eat. Room was clean and it was really quiet during the stay. Didn't hear kids running around or screaming down the halls.

Floor on 2nd floor landing was damaged, too much chlorine in the pool causing the kids to cough all night long and be itchy, bedding was not clean and items in room were dusty. We were expecting an elevator but there was not one.

This was our second stay at this hotel. Very nice. Only two issues we ran into- the pool was closed at 9:30 even though it says 10 and the property has no elevator. Makes carrying luggage with a toddler difficult

Definitely recommend this hotel. We traveled from Tennessee with two kids and they were very friendly and clean. The breakfast was amazing, and we were located close to many restaurants.
