Comfort Suites Rolla

I enjoyed my stay. I was there for 5 days and spent most of my time, when not sleeping, with family and old friends. The room was clean and comfortable with all need amenities.

Overall good stay. Older hotel and rooms are not renovated, had a slight musty smell but was better once AC was turned on. Beds were very comfortable, breakfast is very good, cooking staff are really awesome- Midwest hospitality! Disappointment was the the pool was closed, there was construction going on outside the building probably related. Lesson learned always call ahead to see if pool is open or you may have some unhappy children! Overall good experience and would stay there again.

Indoor pool was not heated, which was unfortunate for my family since that was the whole purpose of this stay. Our room faced the parking lot with all the bright lights and traffic and the room darkening curtains left a gap of 3 feet making sleep non-exsistent.

Everything was pretty good but we chose this hotel because of the pool. The pool was closed because of mechanical issues with the heater. Some times thing are out of our control but you think they would have said something or gave a discount. My kids were very disappointed and so was I.

I stayed at this hotel because I needed a larger room for the number of people traveling with me. I typically stay at another hotel in the area. My kids were disappointed with the pool being under maintenance. I also didn’t realize that the A/C was leaking so the carpet was wet in the area by the A/C. This could have been the reason for the weird room smell and our allergies flaring up. The staff was friendly and accommodating but I don’t think I will stay here again .

The property was clean and clearly newly remodeled which was nice. The front desk clerk brought us milk for our toddlers and was very accommodating. Breakfast was nice and clean. The only issue is the pool was closed.

This place had exceeded my expectations! The staff was amazing, the rooms were great, and the price was perfect! The breakfast was the best I’ve had for a hotel breakfast and what made our whole experience was Bill!! Bill was the employee that worked the breakfast area, he went above and beyond doing his job and taking care of the guests! I haven’t encountered that kind of hospitality in a long time! I would highly recommend this place! First of all, we had 2 adults and 4 kids on vacation. There pool was closed due to needing renovations and if you know anything about kids and vacation, all they wanted to do was swim. I was honestly going to try to find another hotel with a pool but the front desk worker arranged for us to use pool at the hotel next door! Then when we got to our room it definitely was clean and relaxing! The kids loved the cookies they provided in the lobby! And Breakfast…not only did they have many options, Bill came around and made you feel like family! He offered fresh cut fruit, he chatted with the kids, he brought them out some toys to take with us, and he brought out some extra treats for them! I was so impressed that he made everyone so welcome! He even announced a 45 wedding anniversary of a guest and the whole room clapped and acknowledged the wonderful couple! What a great experience all around!!

The staff was friendly and the hotel was clean. The only big complaint we have is that after we arrived and checked in, we found out the pool was closed for maintenance. We had 3 kids who were looking forward to swimming for the evening. The guy at the front desk apologized, stating that he had to close it the day prior and it would be closed for a while.

Our family & friends all stayed in multiple suites. The rooms were large and perfect for our group of 14. Lots of space to spread out even with multiple kids & parents in each room. Breakfast was great. Staff was super friendly. Would highly recommend this place.

One night stay. Room was clean but in need of update. Bed was comfortable but kind of rolled to the middle. Ground floor room and they put a family of kids right over us who ran and jumped half the night. Other than that, I would stay there again.
