We were in MO/KS for 3 nights to visit family. Stayed here our last night just us two…we wish we had stayed there all weekend. Loved it! And for the price outstanding. We will be Bach.

The front desk manager and the supervisor were rude and would not help in anyway! We had a family emergency I couldn’t go but my friend that was to stay with me was there to check in wouldn’t allow her to check in. Even her name was on the reservation! Wouldn’t allow me to cancel and put room in her name cause they were booked full! Made zero sense why she couldn’t have the room saved for me. This made a very stressful situation 10x worse! Only thing the supervisor would do is comp the amenities fee. $10 oh wow

Positive, the beds were made. Negatives, There was a broken pair of glasses on the floor. The beds are worn out and sagged badly. I haven’t seen my card statement yet to see which of 3 extra fees they decided to tag on. I felt like I was adopting a kid while trying to get my key. The restaurant and coffee shop opened at 0800, so anyone needing anything before has to find it in an area with no stores or restaurants. Not a good experience.

I was charged for the room and did not stay at the room because my kids have Covid and I asked for a refund and could not get one

Great service at the front desk, they even accommodated a request to have rooms connected with another family member who was traveling with us. Clean rooms.
