Assigned a room on the second floor, no elevators, and staff would not provide any options on ground floor. Hair dryer didn't work and initial response at front desk was they had no replacements and couldn't help me. Front desk clerk did show up a few minutes later with a replacement. Was able to take one shower with hot water and then my wife had nothing but cold water for a shower. When I asked to change rooms, the same front desk clerk said they couldn't help me. Originally planned two night stay and checked out after one night. There were other family members staying at same hotel who also experienced problems with hot water. It's bad enough to have maintenance issues but is completely unacceptable for the hotel staff to make zero effort to accomodate us. They advertise free breakfast. Don't expect much. Juice was undrinkable. Bagels had not taste. No hot offerings other than waffles. Not worth half of what a room night costs. NEVER AGAIN!!

We have stayed here multiple times when visiting family. A nice, quiet, comfy room. Nothing fancy but a good clean deal on a room.

The girl that checked us in stated she is new and had lots of difficulty checking us in. My 2 grandchildren age 6 and 3 grew restless and irritable because of long wait in checking in. The girl at desk was waiting for call back help in checking in. So bad!!

My husband and I stayed the night here because it was close to the location of our family reunion. For what we needed it was perfect. The room was clean and comfortable.

Stay was overall pleasant. Was in town for family function. Hotel felt safe and clean enough. No complaints. Not many choices of hotels in this small town.

We stayed here for one night for a family function. First impressions is our room smelled like mold/mildew. We didn’t complain because it was only one night but we woke up the next morning and felt miserable. One of our other family members also found bedbugs in their room while they were packing the next morning. Won’t stay here again.
