Best Western Big Spring Lodge

Staff was indifferent, not outright rude but not really helpful, either--somewhat unfriendly. I needed to speak to someone at the desk twice, but they would not answer the desk phone when I tried calling from my room. I tried multiple times regarding both issues but no one would answer. One of the times, it was to ask if they could request that the guests in the room directly above mine stop running and jumping around so that I could sleep. It sounded like a lot of kids horsing around. I waited a while before trying to call, but it went on for over two hours. I never got through to the desk, but it did stop sometime after 10 p.m. Also, the air conditioning unit did not seem to be operating at capacity as it did not cool consistently and seemed to be spitting moisture making a noise and causing the carpet to be damp in the room.

My big kings size bed and all the pillows was fantastic! The breakfast buffet was very good! I will stay here again when visiting my family in Neosho.

This hotel had what I needed, a bed, breakfast and a nice place to visit with family.

Really enjoy staying here when we visit family. The staff are always really helpful and The breakfast is always really good!!

This hotel is amazing! Clean, the workers friendly and professional, the complimentary breakfast had a great variety of selections and the temperature on all of the food was perfect! My room was amazing and clean and I loved the jetted tub in the room I stayed in. I had to extend my stay and they helped me with that too and I was able to continue staying in the room I was in which was an amazing help! I would recommend this hotel to friends and family and anyone traveling to the area! I would give it a 10 out of 10 stars! Thank you! Only thing is the pool is outside and the weather does not permit year round swimming but thankfully the room I stayed in had a jetted tub so I took advantage of that and it was amazing! Thank you!
