Sleep Inn & Suites Indoor Waterpark

Most comfortable bed ever! The water park looked so much fun and next time I will bring my grandkids to enjoy it!

Took a while and there was quite a line to get checked in but service was friendly. Room was clean. Tub needs updated as it is slippery and such. Mattress could use updated but not bad. Only stayed to sleep before a family member surgery. Will return.

We had a small issue checking in but the staff were right on it and took care of everything for us. The rooms were very clean and the breakfast had several different options. Beds are very comfortable too! We didn’t get a chance to use the pool and indoor water park area, but we peeked in to check it out. We will most definitely have to come back with the grand babies, as it looked like they would love it!

Clean and comfortable! The pool and slide were a big hit with the kids. Pretty good value for the price.

Older property that is not well cleaned. Staff are friendly and do what they can but I only ever saw 2 at most at once. For me, the floor are not vacuumed well and I was a bit worried that they might had had an infestation at one point as indicated by some stains on the pull out couch mattress. But we stayed for the water park for the kids. It’s a trade off. Breakfast was descent. Not a terrible stay. Just could use a bit more attention to cleanliness and replace stained bedding- gross.

Served our purpose since just there for a place to sleep and was close to places we needed to be. But no housekeeping service while we were there (2 nights) and second night kids running in hallway making noise late into evening. Also tried to get ice and either empty or machine not working. And sides of mattress felt like there was a metal rod…..mattress itself was fine but could feel the rod getting in/out of bed.

The Waterpark kept my family (including my husband) busy for hours! The vending machines are also a big hit - especially the ifrozen foods one). Great service and a clean, quiet place to stay.

Front desk was helpful. Room cleanliness left much to be desired but it isnold and needs updating. Pool was great for kids. Breakfast was less than average

Evening employee was less then impressive on hospitality. No hello, welcome or how can I help you. Our conversation while he was in the back office: "Name? First? *comes to the front* programmed cards, gave us said cards and walked away. I asked wheat room, no response. When we asked if one side was closer to our room then the other he looked at us like we were insane. "No its all the same" he said. Not accurate, but whatever. We gave up with further questions. Pool was fun and very inviting for kids. Fun slides, party area, max pool depth is 3ft. We travelled with a 2 1/2yo. When we returned from the pool we discovered the bed had stains/were not replaced (would upload picture but unable to). When we moved the chair in the room there was garbage & seemed to have gone uncleaned for some time. When i went to swap out the dirty sheets I was told "everything is going to be stained. Its just how it is". Bed and pillows were less then impressive, but did the job. Bathroom was different with a walk in cove shower. Careful using the shower as the floor has no texture. Morning staff was much better. Breakfast was normal tasty items. Wasn't impressed overall.
