The staff was amazing. The room was incredible. It was spacious, clean, the beds were great, the shower had great water pressure and no complaints about the room. The only thing that wasn’t great was the breakfast. I loved the selection, but when I grabbed the omelet, sausage gravy and biscuit it was cool. It just needed to be microwaved. Definitely recommend this place to stay. I need to star it as I have family in the area.

The service was good! There for a big family weekend. The amenities were nice. Bathrooms could use some updating, such as toilet paper holder was rusty and very dusty. Our toilet clogged the first night and we had to get a plunger. Other than that, it was comfy and worked well. Good location for Worlds and Oceans of Fun.

Our stay was very comfortable. The rooms were very comfortable and spacious for the price. The pool area was great, especially for kids. My only complaint was the business center. One PC didn't work, and one printer was nearly out of toner, rendering it pretty useless. The night desk clerk didn't care that there were problems, and she was rather unfriendly. But aside from that, it was great.
