They need to clean better on the rooms- kid smears all over windows, stain on comforter and curtains have black water stains. I had to shake toilet handle every time I used it. Breakfast was bad first 2 mornings they said they ran out of food and have to wait on delivery so no eggs/sausage Or muffins. I have been here before and at that stay it was much better. I would give it a 6.5 this time

This was one of the cleanest, well organized places we've stayed. The room layout was great. The young man from Alabama was cheerfulb and courteous. My husband says we will be staying there again when we visit grandchildren and look for the chain in our travels.

Staff was so friendly, didn’t give us any trouble when we asked for a new blanket (small stain on one in room, just wanted to be safe). They kept the breakfast stocked and let us go into the pool an hour before posted opening time so our toddler could swim.

Super friendly staff the GM went above and beyond she was friendly efficient and overall a great person the hotels breakfast was amazing. The housekeepers were so nice, helpful and considerate of my young kids. This is the best hotel I’ve ever stayed in I will only stay at microtel from here on out! Thank you so much for such a wonderful stay!

The location was close to the hospital where we had a family member staying. Plus, the dining options were close to the hotel. We keep going back because the room and beds are very nice.

Check-in time is 3:00 PM CST it is clearly posted in the hotel and online, however when we arrived at 3:10 PM CST our room(s) were not ready. We had a family event to attend that started at 4:00 and needed to change. I was unhappy that our rooms were not accessible. I asked if we could get into just one of them to change and that was not an option. Frankly, I feel that I should receive a slight discount due to the inconvenience.

My family and I got separate rooms. Multiple of us ended up with ringworm after our stay. Bed is smaller than expected. More Like a full. No high chairs or pack n plays.

Staff was friendly, rooms were clean. Pool was nasty. It seems like someone had party in the pool. There were towels, paper towels and cups inside the pool. Around pool garbage all over. It was really disappointing for the kids as we didn’t let them go in the water.

Room/hotel super clean. Air unit rattled so Loud it kept whole family up, very frustrating to pay $170 for a room that a family of 4 did not get any sleep due to a very loud rattle in the AC unit. It’s 2:15 am and we are considering leaving
