Honeysuckle Inn - Mountain View

Have driven past here numerous times. We needed some place to stay while visiting family. Was really nice and friendly and clean

This place is something else. Do not accidentally leave anything in your room because you will not get it back. My sister-in-law left her makeup bag in the room and needless to say they couldn’t find it, she even left them a tip on the table when she left. Then they tried to say that there was smoking in our room just because there was aches on the nightstand and my husband told them that the only way aches could of got on the nightstand is if they fell off the soda can that he sat there because he would take the soda can outside each time he smoked and flipped his aches in it and put his cigarette butts in it instead of throwing them down on the ground but they tried to say you couldn’t smoke outside the room and leave your door open cause smoke might come in but they couldn’t smell smoke and I guess if you had your door open and someone else walked by smoking or someone was smoking at the soda machine right in front of our door and smoke happened to go in the room that we would be responsible for that too. And they took a additional $50.00 off our card after we already paid and checked out and when my husbanfd called to ask why that was what he was told and the manager also said if we would of had more money on our card they would I’d took $200 off and for what trying to be respectful and not throw your cigarettes down on the ground. See there was a bunch of my family that came down for a funeral l, my Mother passed away and all of us rented a room there

An older hotel but well kept up, very clean. Quiet. We had an issue with a disabled family member, staff was very helpful & kind.
