The shower is broken in our family room and we couldn’t use it…plus when we went to the pool swimming there was no lights whatsoever

I hadn’t been to the resort since I was a child. But walking in with my daughter felt as magical as it did when I was a kid. My daughter loved it. The staff was so kind and friendly! The pool was a little cold, but we still had fun. The view was spectacular. We really enjoyed our stay and highly recommend it!

Observed staff treating different customers differently, including allowing the one family a late checkout after telling us it was not possible - and then telling the people after that no as well. Get food before you get there if it’s the off-season. Indoor pool is pretty nice, but a bit dark & over-decorated for Halloween. Common pool-side shower room bathrooms were disgusting.

Great family fun place Most people come for vacations and family fun so you’ll often hear kids. so if you’re looking for peace and quiet for work; you will here little feet zooming past your door with excite from time to time Other than that it’s lovely. pools are clean, staff is friendly, it’s safe and pleasant. we live close but we come a few times a year to give the kids a treat

Staff and property continue to exceed our expectations. Friendly and accomodating staff. Property is clean and comfortable. We stay when visiting local family. The Lake Norfork Resort never disappoints us.

We had an issue with our bed when we checked in The next day the front desk had the bed swapped out to a new bed. Great customer service. The night clerk was very helpful with area attractions and local restaurants. Only downfall I experienced was the two kid’s pool birthday parties that happened Saturday. It was a lot of noise for our poolside room
