This hotel was as good as they come! Extremely clean, service was superior, and when we needed extra sheets& towels they were delivered immediately. The breakfast was fresh and delicious for our whole family. The hotel is a short 20 minutes from downtown St Louis and had plenty of food nearby!

Hotel was nice. Food was ok. Same breakfast food Fri, Sat, and Sun. It would be nice to have more variety. Also with weed being legal in St Louis our hallway stink and full of smoke in the evenings. When talking to the front desk when leaving Sunday about it and my frustration to have to explain to my younger kids what the smell was. He told me that even the nicest hotel will smell that way. But it’s a non smoking hotel!!! We will not come back to this hotel due to this.

For a family of 4 with small kids and a puppy, this was the perfect safe place for us to stay on our roadtrip. Improvement: I do wish the elevators required a hotel key card to go up in the elevator.

Our family of four stayed for a short overnight as we were passing through the area on a road trip. It seems like a newer hotel. Everyone was friendly, room was clean and comfortable and there was a decent breakfast in the morning. It seemed like a very safe area.

The hotel itself was nice and the room was perfect. The strong marijuana smell on our floor, however, kind of ruined everything. It hit us right after we got off the elevator on our floor and was very, very strong throughout the whole floor. When we brought it up to the front desk, all the said was they would look into it and proceeded to spray some kind of room spray to cover the smell. Not exactly the ideal situation when you have little ones with you.

The property met all our needs. The room was very nice for the 3 adults and two children that were there. Very nice staff and very nice breakfast area that was kept clean and well stocked.

We love how clean it was. Staff didnt let us know there isnt new towels everyday. So the front desk seemed annoyed I asked for new towels. There wasn't any towels by the pool so asked for that as im holding my infant child soaking wet. She was even more annoyed at this point. Breakfast was ok if you like fast made items. Fruit was old and eggs runny wish you had muffins or pancakes or something like that kids would eat besides cereal and banana. Room was nice and clean and roomy no complaintss there.

My family enjoyed our stay at the Hyatt Place St Louis. The staff was great one of the best hotel breakfasts and loved all the amenities. We will be back
