Hyatt Place St. Louis/Chesterfield

Our family had a great stay. We arrived late but early enough to get in a quick swim. Enjoyed the delicious breakfast in the morning and the staff was so pleasant and willing to help with anything we needed. Mara, was an employee riding the elevator with us at one point and she was so thankful we stayed and so kind to our children. Makes us want to come back for sure.

We chose this property because of the ease of getting around all areas of St. Louis and outskirts. We never dreamed that on top of being a very convenient location that we would have the best hospitality that we have had in a very long time. We are frequent travelers for work, family and recreation and this is by far the best place we have stayed in years (pre COVID). The staff is top notch, across the boardd, not just one or two. Every single person that we came in contact with was outstanding. Breakfast was great, linens were great, beds (you guessed it) great - it was clean and quiet, even with a softball and baseball tournament and a very large wedding. There was plenty of parking that was close, even if we were in the parking garage. The lobby is great for hanging out with family in different rooms. I cannot say enough good about this. It was nice to stay in a hotel that is still getting customer service right!!!

This hotel was as good as they come! Extremely clean, service was superior, and when we needed extra sheets& towels they were delivered immediately. The breakfast was fresh and delicious for our whole family. The hotel is a short 20 minutes from downtown St Louis and had plenty of food nearby!

The hotel was clean, modern and we loved our stay. Two things I would change if I could…the windows had aluminum sills that made a lot of noise one night when it rained. It was a little annoying in the middle of the night. Luckily it didn’t rain long. Also, children were moving through the lobby soaking wet after getting out of the pool. It cause a large puddle of water as they waited for the elevator. To the staff’s credit, they addressed it shortly after being alerted. Would definitely stay here again. Nice atmosphere.

Hotel was nice. Food was ok. Same breakfast food Fri, Sat, and Sun. It would be nice to have more variety. Also with weed being legal in St Louis our hallway stink and full of smoke in the evenings. When talking to the front desk when leaving Sunday about it and my frustration to have to explain to my younger kids what the smell was. He told me that even the nicest hotel will smell that way. But it’s a non smoking hotel!!! We will not come back to this hotel due to this.

Our kids loved the pool! Breakfast was wonderful, the hotel was clean and staff was friendly!

Very nice and clean, fit my large family. No laundry, although its listed. It's actually dry cleaning.

For a family of 4 with small kids and a puppy, this was the perfect safe place for us to stay on our roadtrip. Improvement: I do wish the elevators required a hotel key card to go up in the elevator.

Our family of four stayed for a short overnight as we were passing through the area on a road trip. It seems like a newer hotel. Everyone was friendly, room was clean and comfortable and there was a decent breakfast in the morning. It seemed like a very safe area.
