Front desk staff was great, very nice. My floor was pretty loud, people next to me, doors slamming a lot, and since my room was on the same wall as the pool one of the days kids screaming, but the room was nice. The window seal in my room leaked with the rain storms that came through that week. Breakfast was pretty good, had a good variety of stuff. Overall, good stay. I would stay there again if ever in the area, but I would request a higher floor and not on the pool wall.

The pool was not functioning and they refused to discount our stay / we chose this hotel for my kids for that exact reason. The air conditioning took 3 hours to really cool down the room and the hotel was out of milk for breakfast one of the days. But, the woman who ran the breakfast area was wonderful / so kind and helpful.

Price was high for location plus was not told the swimming pool was closed!!!! Very sad grandchildren!

The rooms were nice and the staff was pleasant but it was extremely disappointing for our kids because an indoor pool is advertised and no mention was made that it is being renovated so is not available. I would have booked less expensive rooms and a similar property if they didn't want to swim. THAT NEEDS TO BE NOTED IN ADVERTISING!!
