The booking said “sleeps 4” but it doesn’t and it was too late to reserve a different room because they were fully booked. The man checking me in told me to “take it up with the 3rd party” before I even understood what was happening. He was rude. When I asked if there would be room on the floor for my children to sleep, he didn’t understand. I said it 4 different ways but he just started arguing with me. He said “you only booked a single bed.” “I already told you that.” “It doesn’t sleep 4.” “We are all booked up.” And so on. I was angry with him and yelled at him. I shouldn’t have done that but I was at my wits end. I couldn’t handle being spoken to rudely after being on the road for 15 hours. He was also rude to the lady before me.

The staff was so friendly from arrival all the way to checkout. The breakfast options were fantastic and the staff running the breakfast bar went above and beyond to make my toddlers have a great trip. We always feel extremely safe at this location and have the best time while here.

Room was comfortable, spacious, clean. Breafast was great. I did not use the pool but my family did and I did not hear any complaints. I wish the pool was open early in the morning so adults could get their lap swims in before the children start coming down. Check in and Check out was easy. Staff were very helpful. Cracker Barrel is within walking distance and there is a nearby park for kids to play in. For some reason they had problems with the cards not working very long but they replaced them right away. I would definitely stay here again.

Our stay was mostly nice. It was New Year’s Eve and there were quite a few youth sports families that checked in. I assume there were some pranksters who thought it would be fun to pull the fire alarm repeatedly over the course of 30 minutes to an hour. Other than that, we were able to enjoy our stay.

The pool was so cold we couldn’t swim. Which is why we were there so we could give our grandkids some fun. The room and the pool were so cold we shivering which made the money we spent wasted. So thanks for a bad experience.

This was our second time to stay here. It was enjoyable and has very easy access to the Hwy on our way through to pick up or return our grandkids. Staff are great and room is clean and comfortable.
