I 100% give this a 10 front desk at check and check both amazing, breakfast was on point great food and amazing options like eating at a breakfast buffet, room was very nice super clean beds were so comfy pool was clean and nice kids loved it definitely recommend this hotel

There us not a lot of places in the Red bay area (20 min away) or Fulton fir that matter. My family lives in Red Bay ala so i stay here twice a year and always have a good experience.

For the price it was great! We had 3 adults and three kids in our party and were able to stay together in one room. Our AC was not working right and our refrigerator was broke , we told staff and they are aware

Staff was very helpful and the place was very clean (we are very picky). We had a later check out and never felt rushed by the housekeepers! Pool was great for the kids and loved the laundry facility so i didn't have wet suits down the road.

Super easy check in. Friendly staff. Arrived after 8pm. Area around hotel mostly closed and no food delivery options for kids. Clean room and big breakfast. Would stay again.

Arrived at 11pm, after 7hrs driving, and told they had over booked and did not have a room for my family of 6, 2 adults and 4 children. We had made the reservation and called the hotel Wednesday before our Friday departure to confirm the room.

We could here a lot of noise from the people in room above us. It was somewhat annoying. Our other family members were in the room next door and they complained about the noise above them as well.

My grandchildren begged to stay here again on our way home from a trip. We had stayed on our way to our destination. They have an indoor pool so the kids can swim no matter the weather. There is a full breakfast buffet with lots of options. The second time we stayed their food truck hadn't delivered so they put out what they had & were very apologetic. It was still better than most hotels meager breakfast. The rooms & bathrooms are large with comfortable furnishings.
