My family couldn’t get in our room for almost 2 hours and the inability to have a system in place for guests in those circumstances. Instead of them offering us a new room we had to ask for one which took several hours of vacation time.

I am/was very disappointed. I was allowed to reserve a room, only to discover when I arrived, there was no rooms available. I don’t understand what happened between the two businesses. My family and I had to spend the next hour trying to find a suitable place to stay. Mind you it was after 1am before we located a place. Now I am having to try to get my refund for the reservation. Very disappointed‼️
