We stay here every time we come to town for family events. Always clean, the staff is nice, the property is very easy to get to, pet friendly and great value!

We brought 3 kids to swim and spend the night. We live close and this was not our first time there and it was very pleasant! The only issue I had was the heating and AC unit in our room smelled like it definitely could’ve used a filter replacement! It smelt like mold but the odor went away when we turned off the heat mode.

The person who checked us in overcharged us. Had us standing in the lobby for half an hour with 3 small children who had spent 6 hours in a car, tired, hungry, and the baby with a poopy diaper as he argued what was simple math, that we owed 300.00 for a simple 2 queen bed room which were listed at 109.00 . The Management did refund us, but it was very inconvenient. Towels with holes, ran out of coffee at breakfast, and the pool was freezing cold. Could have been worse, but definitely could have been better.

Very nice for a family stay. There was a fire drill while we were there. It was handled well. A faulty alarm I think.

Got there to check in and nobody’s at the front desk when somebody comes in charged extra for a kid when 2 are supposed to stay for free according to their website. Beds were not comfortable at all and when checking out called for somebody to get a receipt and nobody came when the phone rang another employee had to get them to come up. Overall I’d never stay there again just for the being charged extra for one of my kids who didn’t even stay at the hotel. Breakfast was cold and not very good over all just the being charged extra for a kid who didn’t even stay at the hotel is enough for me to stay somewhere else next time

I would not recommend especially to families. We booked because we were in town for a wedding. The room itself was completely outdated, the pull out couch didn’t have any bedding (we had to call down to the front desk which took them 45 minutes to bring up), the room was dusty in many areas and do I dare mention the dead bugs in the pool room & pool? The 2 females working the duration of our stay spent 95% out back smoking (we had this view from our room) & seemed very inconvenienced when we had to ask for things. Our rooms keys only worked 50% of the time (they were aware of this prior according to them), the free daily breakfast was rarely restocked if you didn’t get there right away and the staff lacked control over the guests. The first night we witnessed a woman who had consumed enough beverages she shouldn’t have been in the hot tub (alerted staff and they shrugged) & the second night we got to listen to a 10-15 adults singing songs, playing games, etc… at 1am in the lobby (our door being right outside it on the 2nd level). Will not recommend.

! Clean enough.!? But the bedding was not! Mattress pad had an old blood stain. Visible through the fitted sheet. They should be able to afford a new one. And the Top white blanket either not washed or stained at the top. The room was musty smelling with a hint of smoke. I assume it had been a smoking room at some point. The hotel was also dimly lit throughout. They might be saving money on energy. But it definitely had a dungeon feel. I’ll pay the extra to drive 20min away from family for a better experience. DEFINITELY NOT WORTH $180 for one night.

We were there for a kids birthday party which worked out really nice, the room they let you use is the breakfast room and it adjoins the pool. Beds were firm, breakfast is decent and the service was good.

We booked a Presidential suite for our family to stay in. The room was overall pretty clean. Unfortunately, it was very hard to sleep because there was an air conditioner (or some other facility unit) above or very near to our room which was INCREDIBLY loud and kept cycling on and off all night. I enjoy white noise, and had our AC unit on, but this extra loud noise made for a very restless night. The doors between our two-room suite would not stay closed, and we had to wedge towels under them to appropriately divide the room for privacy. There was 1 pod of regular coffee, 1 pod of decaf and only 2 cups, for a 6 person room. There was no shampoo in the room. (It wasn't stocked enough for the reservation, which indicated 5 guests total). The hotel also charged us upon our arrival, despite the fact that we had already paid online. Thankfully, they caught their error before we checked out.
