Quality Inn & Suites Arden Hills - Saint Paul North

I stay at the Arden Hills property each time I come to the twin cities to see family on my frequent visits. I so enjoy the staff, and my room.

The hotel was conveniently located near family (1.4 miles away), it had several dining options within walking distance to the hotel, and there was a Super Target within walking distance as well. The hotel was clean, staff friendly, and the breakfasts were excellent! We will be back.

Checked in, but didn't actually get to the room until hours after. First room had red spots so that was red flag for me. The bathtub water stopper was out and did not look clean. Called the front desk and they switched our room to next door. The room was fine, but the bathtub water was dripping non stop even though you try to turn it off all the way. My kids were tired and I didn't see any red spots on the bed so we just went to sleep. Next day we got back to the hotel late and went through the side door, our keys didn't work so we had to walk all around to the front. When I asked why the card wasn't working, the lady asked us how many more nights we were staying. Did not even apologize. We only stayed there because husbands friends stayed there. We had double beds and the room size was small.
