I was traveling for business and for one night, it fit the bill. There was state track going on so the kid-oriented noise was present, but not overwhelming.

We came to town for a basketball tournament and the location and cleanliness of the the hotel was perfect. The kids enjoyed the hot tub and the pool and the out door patio was perfect :) Robert at the front desk so so nice and helpful with our stay :)

The hotel was clean and our studio suite was roomy--perfect for a family of 5. The staff was welcoming and friendly, even when our kids were boisterous and noisy. They also took the time to contact us (same day) when we forgot a blanket in our room so we could come back to get it.

Check in was a breeze, I believe his name was Robert, and he made it wonderful! Told me where everything was without me having to ask, let me choose what floor I wanted (which is great with a medically complex child!) and the breakfast choices were perfect!

We love staying here and have been for two years at this location . We use to live here and moved out of state so whenever we come back for visits we stay here. The people are so nice friendly and very helpful.they like my kids and really go out of their way for them especially the autism child. Ari from the front desk is the best ever and Amy from housekeeping is so wonderful.. we will always stay here. We became honor members too.

As a disabled person, I appreciated the accessible facilities. While I could not use the bathtub, a secure shower seat was avaiable and easy to affix to the tub. The room was clean, well lit and comfortable. We stayed 2 nights while visiting with family nearby and doing some shopping.

We came up to the cities fot our annual family Christmas get together. The room was very cold when we got there but warmed up while we visited our family. The room was clean and had extra towels and anything we needed. We've stayed here before and will come again.
