We brought 3 of our smaller grandchildren for a getaway. Enjoyed the suites to spread out. They really enjoyed the pool area.

The only downside was the breakfast. They take it up earlier than the stated hours, so if you have kids plan to eat when they open. Everything was gone by 8:30am.

Room was great, kids loved the pool area. Only issue was that the breakfast staff couldn't keep up with the amount of guests at the hotel. If not for that the rating would be higher.

We got a 2 bedroom suite so our whole family could stay with us . We went to go open the pull out couch and opened it up and it looked like someone died on the mattress . It was at 11:30 at night so my daughter has to sleep with us in our bed. If you need pictures of the mattress I would be happy to share pictures with you . We went and told the front desk and said they could refund us money but because we booked through Expedia they would only credit them and not us . I would like to know what Expedia is goi g to do to make this right ? Very disappointed Melissa Sowle

We came into town on a short family trip. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel itself was clean and had a lot of excellent amenities. Would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

First the good: the breakfast area was beautiful and the food itself was presented nicely with a lot of options. The room was nice, and having a separate bedroom with kids was wonderful. The bad: the hallway on the second floor smelled like an incontinent resident’s nursing home room. Luckily it didn’t waft into our room. The carpet had fine dog hair all over, suggesting pets were in there (and it wasn’t vacuumed.) Pool was nice, but we had to call the desk to get towels replenished.

The stay was great, I was disappointed as I reserved two rooms for my family and our rooms were so far apart. I was in room 204 and my son Room 227. The sink in my room was broken and the toilet leaked.

Was close to major freeways and good restaurants, Unfortunately they put us in a room and forgot to tell us they were doing construction in the room next to us and woke us up very early with hammers and sheetrock dust falling on our heads, they did move us to a new room but weren't very apologetic, and the room they moved us too had a water damage and appliances that didnt work and loud kids running around above us all night needless to say we didnt rlax at all and didnt get hardly any sleep. I wont be staying here again and encourage others to seek out a more professionally ran hotel

There was a baby shower there that had balloons and the confetti trash from those balloons were on the floor for days, getting everywhere. They offer on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday evening a social hour where they serve dinner for you, saving you some cash. The heater on the hot tub was out and my husband had a problem with that. Housekeeping did not come until about 5:00 in the evening. Otherwise we had a great time and Betsy was wonderful giving us a quiet room because she said originally they put on the noisy side of the hotel. Costco was on that side.
