Homewood Suites by Hilton Rochester Mayo Clinic Area / Saint Marys

The carpet was very soiled and needed cleaning. The furniture was full of stains and very worn needs new furniture all worn out. Very expensive and very hard to get to the swimming pool and fitness center. Had to pay for parking and could not access room without paying for parking. Very expensive had to pay 345 dollars for one night 2 adults and 2 children. No shampoo or lotion or conditioner in shower all empty. Dishes left in dishwasher and had to run them through and put them away.

This hotel is so convenient for having a family member at the Mayo St Mary’s Campus. Having laundry in the hotel he also made things much easier.

Very close to Mayo Clinic. This was our third hotel we had stayed at in Rochester while visiting a family member at Mayo. By far the best, quiet, clean, and great breakfast. Parking was a bit pricey but worth it.

Directly across the street from St. Mary's and a couple of blocks from Mayo, this hotel is ideal for Mayo visitors. A van shuttles you from campus to campus and the airport! Everything about the hotel is designed to make your visit stress free (no one is visiting Mayo for kicks and giggles after all) including the shuttle; hot breakfast and a tasty small plate dinner nightly (except weekends). They even provide grocery delivery (no delivery charge by the way!), a full kitchen (dishes and cutlery and pots and pans included!) to prepare food, and complementary wheelchairs. Friendly and efficient staff went above and beyond to make all this even better. I've stayed at resorts and b&bs that have not been this good. I can't stop telling my family and friends to look into Hilton's Homewood properties now.
