Med City Hotel & Suites

The front desk clerk was wonderful she was very friendly and helpful the room was super cute and clean but I wanted to rest and was unable to due to lots of running and noise from the kids next door and above me I just didn’t have the energy to go and have my room changed I would suggest if you go here to relax make sure your room is not next to a party

The property was clean. It is going through renovation. It was disappointing that the breakfast items were not available when we were ready. We waited about 15 minutes for eggs. My son came later and there was no milk for his cereal. While that was disappointing, I saw a child later going to her room with dry cereal. Children need their nutrients more than adults.

Overall the hotel was great. Very comfy beds and spacious room. Only downfall, the pool was closed due to remodeling and we did not know until check in. Luckly though, our kids did not mind and we still had a great time! We can't wait to stay again once the remodeling is done!

This hotel was convenient and right phrased. Excellent room. FYI, the pool is currently being renovated and was closed, I’m glad the kids weren’t with us otherwise they would’ve been pretty disappointed .

One night stay on a family vacation. Was a wonderful stay and the pool and hot tub were enjoyed!

They are remodeling; our room was nice and clean. Some of the lamps were not plugged in. I assume they were new and this was forgotten, not a big deal. I plugged them in. The TV remote was missing which we did not ask for as by the time I noticed we were about done with our trip and did not spend much time in the room outside of sleeping anyhow. The pool was small but appeared clean as did the hot tub. This was nice as of course the kiddos wanted to swim. At first the A/C was not working, however this was fixed right away after asking at the front desk. From there on throughout the remainder of our 3night stay it worked great. Area is nice, close to Target, Fleet Farm, and other shopping as well. Considering the price point I would definitely stay here again as we visit this area at least once per year.

Another trip to mayo, another hotel to test out! Shuttle only runs once an hour. This one was great for the family - we weren't tripping over each other, the rooms were nice and spacious. We had two rooms attached, and it worked out great. Bedding was comfortable, amenities were nice, breakfast was good. Excellent value.
